AIR MAX MONDAYS: Nike Air Max Foamdome (Varsity Purple)

If you are like most people that live in areas that have the various seasons, you know that when winter comes around it is time to put your good sneakers on ice (no pun intended). During the winter periods most sneakerheads will be rocking various boots and so on, but the odd person will still wear their sneakers through all the harsh seasons…why?

Most sneakerheads know that the winter season is a time where you have to put away your good kicks and wait for the warm weather to come back OR you just pick a sneaker that you can live without and sacrifice it to the harsh winter elements.

AIR MAX MONDAYS: Nike Air Max 90 Sneakerboot

If you live in a place where the climate changes with each season that normally means that you have to adjust what you wear on your feet. As a Toronto, Canada native the prime sneaker season spans from late April to mid-November if we are lucky. That being said, since Nike and many other companies do not really make many sneaker options for the cold harsh winters most sneakerheads either opt to sacrifice one of their sneakers to the elements of winter weather. Others just bit the bullet and start to wear boots.
