As a sneaker community we are VERY spoiled with the amount of variety of sneakers that we have at our disposal. Sometimes we take for granted various sneakers that have come out in the past just because they do not get the same amount of shine as the classics always get regards if they are really worthy or not.
Let me just start off by being completely honest with all of you out there…the latest release by Nike for the Sole Divas has given me a severe case of sneaker envy. If you have been following what I’ve been over the years of posting articles and reviews…I’m a sucker for sneakers that are just a straight solid colour.
With winter approaching very soon most sneakerheads are ready to put their prized kicks on ice and either sacrifice a pair of sneakers to the winter elements or grab their boots for a couple months. For most part the winter season is a time to stock up on your collection of kicks, try and grab those kicks you missed out on or simply save up some money to be ready to go nuts on the sneaker market for the next season.
I will be very honest with you and tell you that I’m not the biggest fan of themed and seasonal sneakers. The reason why I feel that way is because once certain themes and seasons are no longer current the sneaker can also become old news as well. But, there are some things that do come along and make you rethink your stance on items like these…
As 2014 comes to a close one can’t help to wonder what is in store for us as sneakerheads in 2015. There is no doubt in my mind that we will have a lot to look forward to, but the main question is WHAT IS IT? This year has been amazing in the sense of releases and technology that has been developed for us to enjoy.
