Throwback Thursdays: Adidas EQT

Adidas_EQT
Back when the Nike Huarache was in its infancy, Adidas stepped to the mound with their take on the fitted inner sock technology. What made these even more interesting was that they were interchangeable. You could swap them out and have different colours to suit your fashion and hooping needs. If anyone remembers John Starks from the New York Knicks aka: The man who dunked on the front-line of the legendary ’93 Chicago Bulls squad. He was endorsed by Adidas and this was his signature shoe, but unfortunately for Adidas Starks was rocking Nike at the time of the biggest highlight of his career.

The jury is still out if Jordan really fell victim to that baseline poster-ization.  Your thoughts please!
