AIR MAX MONDAYS: Nike Air Max 1/87 – Triple Black

If you are like me you can never had enough solid black pairs of kicks, but at the same time you want to make sure that they are all classics. Well it looks like the designers at Nike have decided to dip quite a few of their classics in Triple Black colourways…and you know what I’m not mad at them one bit! One of the first sneakers this season that got this treatment was the FOREVER classic Nike Air Huarache, which could not stay on the shelves once released. Then not too long ago I touched on the Nike Air Max 95 that got a beautiful facelift with the Triple Black colourway…

Well check out the next to get this treatment…the Nike Air Max1/87 – Triple Black. Simply WONDERFUL! I’ve heard people say that you only need one pair of black sneakers…everyone is entitled to their opinion, but a solid black pair of CLASSIC kicks will last the test of time any day of the week! There is rumour going around that apparently Nike is going to be doing an all-black colourway for the a lot of their classic retro sneakers…and as you know that is A LOT of sneakers!

9 times out of 10 when you talk about the Nike Air Max people will automatically think of the Nike Air Max 1/87 simply because it was the first one ever release. Though there have been solid black colourway releases for this sneaker in the past it seems significant this time because they are making an announcement for them.

If you are looking for a sneaker that you can pretty much wear for the whole fall season and get away with…these are the kicks that you have been waiting for. The Nike Air Max 1/87 has the perfect blend of suede, leather and mesh to cover this classic. There has been no real official announcement as to wear these sneakers will be released, but if you are truly a fan of this TRIPLE BLACK revolution keep your eyes open because it looks like they are going to available REAL soon!
