When it comes to All-Star weekends most sneakerheads know that on NBA All-Star weekend you are going to see some real sneaker heat displayed. Most players that take part in the weekend showcase some of the soon to be released kicks from either their own line or the company they are currently sponsored by. Either way as sneaker lover you are always in for a good treat to see what is up and coming on the market!
Whenever you speak about a sneaker event to those that are not familiar to the sneaker culture it is pretty amazing to hear the assumptions that they have about what happens there. There are questions about fighting, theft, jealously and so on.
Nike…Air Jordans…Lebrons…Foamposites…for most this seems to wrap up the depth of their sneaker collections. Believe it or not there are many sneakers that are great beyond the Nike brand…you just have to be able to step out of that lane to see them.
Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock on an island in the middle of nowhere you must have seen a pair of the VERY popular Nike Roshe. Since being released a couple years ago they have been a dominate sneaker on the scene due to the fact that they are comfortable, stylish and most importantly non-expensive.
As a sneakerhead there are often shoes that you feel you may never see again because they were so rare. Sometimes you often find yourself trying to explain them to people only to have them look at you like you’ve just made them up or you are simply out of your mind.
